We are one of the UK’s number one metal pressing suppliers, manufacturing to customers individual specifications for standard and bespoke metal pressings. We have been supplying press work since our first order placed back in 1997 to a variety of market sectors throughout the world.

BESPOKE PRESSINGS
Bespoke Pressings are our speciality, we produce pressed components in a variety of shapes and sizes with our comprehensive tooling range in an array of material grades, supplying companies around the world.
Heavy investment in plant machinery and tooling ensures we find a solution for your bespoke pressing needs.
Our experience in producing bespoke pressings enable us to work with you to find the most efficient and cost effective solution for your engineering demands. We have the experience in working with alloy materials such as Super Duplex to plastic and fibre materials providing full material tractability along the way. Forming parts from round wire to blanking out large profiles from flat plate material in various grades, basic to complex is what we do best.
Batch quantities from prototype stage to full production runs are achievable with rapid delivery working alongside our drawing office we provide a service that is renowned for quality.

BRACKETS

Our Press shop is equipped to handle the most challenging of complex basketry requirements with our immense tooling range ensuring quality is maintained throughout the process complete with vigorous inspection and documentation.
We specialise in standard and nonstandard brackets low to medium quantities. Our drawing office can turn your concept or ideas into finished components from Mild Steel to Inconel 718 & 625 materials.
From desk clamp brackets in the retail sector to brackets used in the Sub-Sea sector on an ROV (Remote Operated Vehicle), we provide a unique service to all our customers ensuring they are kept updated every step of the way from quotation to delivery.
